Estimated Delivery Time:
The address registered on our website is the responsibility of the customer. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts, however, if the customer is "unknown at the location" or the "address is incorrect" the package will be returned to us immediately after the first attempt. If your order is recent, there is a good chance that our systems are in the process of being updated. We work with a shipping deadline that can vary between 3 and 4 days, counting from payment confirmation. This period includes the order separation process, as well as packaging for destination. To deliver products that you would hardly find in Brazil, we chose to work exclusively with international suppliers, offering the best in price and quality. For this reason, our orders are subject to Decree-Law 1804/80, which guarantees the right of all Brazilians to import products worth up to $50 (US dollars) without being taxed. Many of our products are below this value, minimizing problems with customs.

In this type of purchase, the customer is the importer and therefore may have to pay taxes and/or fees for the nationalization of the product(s). Generally, these costs are charged for products priced above 50 US dollars, considering the value of the product plus shipping and insurance, and in accordance with the assessment of the Federal Revenue Service.
Taxed products are subject to payment of Import Tax at a rate of up to 60% and Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services, which varies according to the state of destination. There is also the possibility of charging a fee of R$15.00, referring to Postal Dispatch, for the service provided by the Post Office.
Postal Dispatch can be charged even without taxation.

In the event of taxation and/or fees being charged, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days to make payment. This period begins when Correios makes the charge/charge notification available on the website's tracking page. Therefore, be sure to check the status of your delivery. In the absence of payment, the delivery will be automatically canceled and returned to the sender, and it will be necessary to make a new purchase with an updated price, if interested.
Delays in payment affect the delivery time, which may also be delayed due to customs.
