In this type of purchase, the customer is the importer and therefore may have to pay taxes and/or fees for the nationalization of the product(s). Taxed products are subject to payment of Import Tax at a rate of up to 60% and Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services, which varies according to the state of destination. Both Correios and the partner carrier carry out deliveries from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, except on holidays.

The tracking code is provided on average 3 to 4 days after dispatch. Shipping is done within 72 hours after payment confirmation, as it is an international shipment. This is the logistical process for separating, packaging and shipping the product. Once available, the code will be sent to the email used for purchase.

Cancellation, exchange or refund.

All of our products have a 7-day guarantee for regret, counting from the date of delivery, not considering the date of purchase but only the date of delivery. If your purchase is within this period and the product has not been opened, please also contact us within this period via our WhatsApp service channels requesting the return of the item so that we can proceed with the analysis and subsequent refund of your purchase. The product seal cannot be opened, once the factory seal is broken, the customer loses the right to return due to regret, even if the product has not been used and is in good condition. If you have opened the packaging, this right cannot be exercised according to art. 49 of the CDC, as it is assumed that the product must be returned in the same state in which it was delivered.

Important: To receive a full refund, returned products must be in new condition (without any defects, scratches, signs of falling, scratches, among others, that do not make them unfit for resale, etc.), with all packaging, user manuals, original accessories and packaging seal intact.

If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund or resend a new one, depending on your choice. We do not perform concerts or have partnerships with technical assistance. To avoid losing the warranty, do not attempt to repair the product by taking it to a technical assistance center or on your own. If the product has signs of misuse, such as falls, signs that you tried to open the product in an attempt to repair it, among others, the warranty will also be void. Follow the steps below:
